Marks, Badges & Seal Usage Rules
CraftAuthority Alliance™ marks, badges, and seals are proprietary trust symbols. Use is permitted only by written authorization and only while in good standing.
Use is a revocable license, not ownership.
Authorization to display or reference CraftAuthority Alliance™ marks is limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and may be suspended or revoked to protect homeowners and integrity.
- Display official mark files only as provided by CraftAuthority.
- Use only for the approved entity/location(s) and scope granted.
- Remove immediately upon suspension, revocation, or nonpayment.
- Do not imply guaranteed outcomes; use "earned & maintained through good standing."
- Using marks after suspension/revocation or outside approved scope.
- Editing, recreating, or making confusingly similar marks.
- Implying government affiliation, endorsement, or guarantee.
- Using our marks/names in competitor "certification" or directory programs.
- Using marks in deceptive ads, metadata, or misrepresentations.
CraftAuthority Alliance™ is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. Our marks represent standards-based review and good-standing requirements, not a guarantee of performance.
The following are proprietary marks of CraftAuthority Alliance™, protected under common law trademark rights, with federal trademark registration pending for the CraftAuthority™ logo and key wording:

The ™ symbol designates a common law trademark claim. CraftAuthority Alliance™ asserts all rights available under federal, state, and common law. Any imitation, reproduction, or adoption of substantially similar marks, system names, or methodologies without express written permission is prohibited and will be enforced.
Unauthorized use may result in takedown demands, public clarification, suspension/revocation, and legal enforcement where appropriate. We monitor for misuse to protect homeowners and legitimate contractors.
