Verification
What verification means
- Identity and business legitimacy checks (as applicable)
- Documentation review (licenses/insurance where required, references, history)
- Policy and standards acknowledgement
- Ongoing eligibility tied to good standing

Good standing
Required to keep the designation active
- Current payments (dues, if applicable) and no unresolved delinquency
- Cooperation with reasonable verification/audit requests
- Compliance with standards and conduct expectations
- No patterns indicating high risk or deception
Suspension / revocation
Why status may be suspended or revoked
- Nonpayment or unresolved delinquency
- Material misrepresentation in application or public claims
- Refusal to cooperate with reasonable verification/audit
- Verified patterns of harm, fraud, or serious misconduct
- Seal misuse or deceptive marketing

Due process
Fairness + durability
We aim to be fair and consistent. When action is taken, we may provide notice and an opportunity to respond when reasonable. Timing may vary for urgent risk scenarios. Outcomes may include warning, remediation requirements, suspension, or revocation.
Some investigations may require confidentiality to protect homeowners and integrity. Public reporting may be aggregated/anonymized.
